At Mount Prospect Horse Agistment, we offer a Holiday Stay option designed to provide you with complete peace of mind while you are away, knowing that your horses are receiving the highest standard of care.

Our property is small enough to allow me to observe the horses from the house and remain attentive to any unusual activity. In addition to this, I personally check on the horses multiple times throughout the day and again late at night, regardless of feeding schedules, to ensure their well-being and adjust rugs as necessary.

For dedicated horse owners going on holiday, we offer both part-care and full-care packages tailored to suit the needs of your horse(s).

During their stay, your horse(s) will enjoy our 20-acre agistment property, featuring:

• 24-hour property supervision

• Regular checks throughout the day

• Locked gates at all times for added security

• Large private paddocks for two or more horses (shared paddocks for single horses)

• Equine-safe fencing

• Fresh spring water supplied to automated troughs

• Ongoing paddock maintenance

• Rugging services in accordance with weather conditions

• A calm, relaxed environment

• Regular photos and updates for your peace of mind

 

The Part-Care Holiday Stay package is priced at $90.00 + GST per week, per horse, with the owner responsible for supplying daily feed and hay.

The Full-Care Holiday Stay package is priced at $150.00 + GST per week, per horse, and includes two daily maintenance feeds with hay supplied by us.
